A record number of teams will will take part in this years Vodafone Trophy Championships, with over 80 teams from 36 schools competing for this year's trophies.
FSSRL President says the growth of the competition on the back of a record 2021 has been fantastic.
"It's finally here, the Fiji Secondary Schools Rugby League (FSSRL) Rugby League Championships kick off in the coming week. Over the last 2 years we've been divinely blessed to be able to host an complete both seasons and this has been a great factor to growing interests from mews schools."
"Our national executive committee will meet this week to finalise our preparations and announce an exciting program for this season with an even more inclusive program for girls in schools."
The Ministry of Education earlier on Friday 22 April release information for the return of organised sports competitions to schools. FSSRL will release more details soon.
